MGM Mechanical completed mechanical renovations for a healthcare clinic fit-out at 6165 Agronomy Road in Vancouver, BC. The scope included new domestic water and sanitary plumbing, fixture rough-ins, HVAC distribution, hydronic piping, water source heat pumps, ventilation, controls integration, and sprinkler modifications within an existing healthcare facility.
The project required careful coordination with existing building systems, including phased demolition, new mechanical services, air balancing, and integration with base building controls to support clinic treatment rooms, exam rooms, procedure spaces, staff areas, and support rooms.
