Olive Fertility
This is located at 545 Superior Street and is a tenant improvement project for the Fertility Partners. This is a complex HVAC system built to hospital standards as it will be a full-service IVF clinic with an embryology lab. The space is heated by way of radiant ceiling panels, which have hydronic coils that we pipe. MGM is also installing the med-gas piping in the building, which includes oxygen, nitrogen, medical vacuums, and liquid nitrogen.
