Harbour Air Seaplane Terminal
Construction of the New Victoria Harbour air Seaplane terminal was very unique. It was built on a barge in Bamberton and then tugged to the inner harbour in the spring of 2016. This project is an instant Victoria landmark with a green roof visible from Wharf St. and “eye-catching” architecture along with the recognizable Harbour Air Seaplanes motoring in and out all day.
MGM Mechanical Ltd. was the mechanical contractor responsible for the plumbing, HVAC and fire-sprinklers along with the civil and marine water/sewer services. This was an exciting project to be involved in and MGM is very proud to be a part of the finished product.
