Village Green
MGM Mechanical completed full mechanical services for the Village Green Residential Complex, a multi-building residential development located at 110 Menzies Street in Victoria, BC. The project consisted of two mid-rise residential buildings with integrated parkade and amenity spaces.
MGM Mechanical’s scope included HVAC, plumbing, gas, and fire suppression systems throughout the development, including suite ventilation, domestic water distribution, sanitary and storm drainage, rooftop mechanical systems, and parkade ventilation systems
